WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Richmond Web Services LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE OR ANY RELATED SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Richmond Web Services LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Richmond Web Services LLC FOR THE PARTICULAR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richmond Web Services LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
11. Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site, individual projects, or particular features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
